On February 5, a working meeting took place between the Head of the State Fisheries Agency, Vladyslav Neveselyi, First Deputy Head Taras Kot, and representatives of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and KAKUICHI company. The main topic of discussion was Japan’s support in restoring and enhancing the fertility of Ukrainian agricultural lands by introducing the promising nanobubble technology—oxygen saturation of the soil.
"My previous cooperation with JICA was extremely successful, as they are a team of energetic and dedicated professionals. Your interest in restoring agricultural lands in Ukraine is extremely important to us, and I am confident that through synergy, we will quickly achieve positive results," said Neveselyi. rotary multi jet dry water meter
Currently, KAKUICHI, one of the leading manufacturers of nanobubble systems, has provided Ukraine with three nanobubble generators as part of a pilot project. These generators will be installed by the end of the month in Kyiv, Odessa, and Poltava regions to assess their effectiveness on Ukrainian farmland. Each generator can irrigate approximately one hectare of land.
The uniqueness of this technology lies in its ability to eliminate the need for chemical fertilizers. Instead, an environmentally friendly approach is used, improving water quality and maximizing the utilization of nutrients present in the soil. Water enriched with nanobubbles stimulates natural plant growth and aids in soil restoration.
This technology could be particularly important for rehabilitating lands damaged by Russian aggression. While research on Ukrainian soils is just beginning, there is strong reason to believe that Japanese technologies will become a valuable tool in restoring Ukraine’s agricultural potential.
